Larry is a CPA, CA with decades of professional and business experience in a wide range of industries. His roles include directorship, ownership, project leadership, management and professional advisory services. Working with Matt and the CES Team, he is engaged in business development, client services, team development and finance.

A Red Seal Electrician, Field Safety Representative (FSR), and Electrical Safety Officer (ESO/Electrical Inspections). Matt has over 20 years’ experience in commercial and residential electrical contracting, and over 15 years’ experience in renewable energy solutions, including on-grid and off-grid photovoltaic and hybrid-power systems. He develops client relationships, consults, designs, mentors and gets hands-on. He leads new technology applications, including several first deployments in the electric vehicle charging market, power load management systems, and a wide array of renewable power solutions.

A Red Seal Electrician and Field Safety Representative (FSR) with over 15 years’ experience with commercial, light industrial, and residential projects and over 10 years specializing in EVSE Installations. He has extensive management experience with complex EVSE installations as well as a strong background in the design, installation, repair and troubleshooting of all leading EV charger manufacturers. He mentors and works closely with our installation teams to ensure the project is done right the first time, every time.

Adam is a seasoned Red Seal Electrician with over 15 years of experience. He specializes in innovative technology integration, renewable energy systems, advanced communication solutions, and managing diverse projects, including EV installations, residential and commercial data/communications systems, and healthcare facility installations. Adam also serves as an Emergency Communication Team Coordinator with North Shore Emergency Management and supports Emergency Management BC.

Troy oversees project coordination alongside team leads, managing logistics, tracking schedules, and handling communications, while supporting all related operational activities. With over 40 years of experience owning and operating businesses in the service and specialty retail sectors, he brings valuable insight, organization, and leadership to this central role.

Channing is a CPA with over 10 years’ experience and is responsible for all controllership functions, coordinates the administrative team and supports the project team with proposals, project cost tracking, and performance monitoring and reporting.
